It’s been a busy Monday and today was very cold (-4) and slippery. I’m still a bit bunged up so have decided to do exercises at home rather than go out for a run.
The leg band stretch exercises can be as much exercise as an actual run – well it certainly feels it on my legs!
At least I have some activity to keep me active and to help take my mind off the day. Now to crack on with cooking dinner 🙂
