This was my first chance to have a run since the race at the weekend.
Therefore tonight was a quick 3K around the block.
I didn’t feel too sore and I could have gone longer but I didn’t want to push it.
I enjoyed the run though and it was good to get my shoes back on.
When I completed my stretches in the garden I was surprised by the lovely guest resting in the clematis (see main photo). Apparently it’s a Male Migrant Hawker Dragonfly.
