Wet intervals

That’s exactly what todays run was.  Oh and tired and sore.

I completed three of the interval sections and ran through the warm up so fell like I did alright.

My chest has been a bit tight this week so I decided to be careful.

It’s the first time I have run in rain in ages.  In fact it’s the first time it has rained in ages.  It’s a long four day weekend here in the UK so it will probably now rain every damn day!

Still no Hokas 😔  (Sport Shoes are pissing me off now as I ordered them in February ago and they were release at the beginning of March!).

The stats are here as usual.
