The sky is on fire

I guessed it would be a vibrant sunset this evening.

It’s been a cold, crisp day.  There was just enough cloud to add some contrast and drama.  And… I saw this all developing outside the window in time for me to get my camera!

I decided to spend my workout on the bike today instead of running.  I fancied a change and thought it would help focus other muscle groups.

I now realise that the exercise bike is great when the weather’s terrible but otherwise it’s boring and doesn’t give me the same buzz as going for a run.  I completed 20 minutes on the boke and found it hard going in places but I didn’t get any lift from completing the ride.

I guess you live and learn!
