Glorious Long Beach

Google Assistant reminded me we flew to Vancouver on this day 4 years ago (my second visit).

This had me thinking about last year’s trip as I took (literally) thousands of photos.

In amongst them was this dramatic sunset I captured on Long Beach with my Olympus Em5 mkii and my pro 12-40mm lens.

At the time I hated the lens flare as the sun was so bright and the light there is crisp. Now I look back I really like the effect it adds to the image.

I loved the colour and silhouettes in this shot so thought I’d share it as it’s a nice photograph and a wonderful memory.
