A Golden Rose

1/250 f/2.8 ISO 2000 Pen F 40mm

This miniature gold rose bush is part of the Austrian Royal Jewel Collection.

It was incredibly difficult to shoot as no flash was allowed and all of the exhibits were behind glass that either made focussing very hard or produced lots of reflection (I believe this was intentional).

This is a macro shot, taken with my pro lens of a miniature rose.   A complete plan made of gold.  I cannot imagine how much is it worth or where you start to create such a thing of beauty.
