March the Month – September 2019

I have not really posted about this before as it’s a private matter but I want to do my bit to help support Prostate Cancer UK.

They have provided lots of really useful information and support.

We haven’t paid anything for this service and yet the quantity and quality of what has been offered is phenomenal.

It really has helped me and my family as we embark on the mindful that is supporting a loved one diagnosed with cancer.

I therefore thought it only right to do something to help give something back.

My challenge is to March the Month of September by walking 11,000 steps a day – the same amount of men who die each year of prostate cancer in the UK.

If you feel you would like to support my efforts and Prostate Cancer UK, please leave a donation on my Just Giving page. Thank you.
