Wildflower

I woke with a heavy, piercing headache which stayed with me all day.

I didn’t particularly enjoy my working day either so made sure I got some air after work.

I took a different route on my walk through the meadow down to the River Colne.

It was as lovely as ever but as I left the house later than normal there were a few more people about (some whom don’t seem to understand social distancing!).

There were patches of these tiny flowers low in the hedgerow.

They look like daisies but were on long thin stems.

I managed a couple snaps of them and this is my favourite.

I think I may need to book a day off sometime soon as the cabin fever is setting in. Even at the weekends there is a routine which isn’t great.

We were due to be in Spain next week but that’s not going to happen. I understand why but think the break for headspace would be more welcome than the travel at the moment. I must get something sorted.

Hope you’re all doing ok.
